Ready-made AI employees: choose a role, not a building project

If you're looking for help with admin, quotes or customer email, you often get a second job first: working out which tool, which integration, which instructions. Tuesday evening, laptop open, and three hours later not a single invoice has been sent.

This piece is about the other route: a role that's already waiting for you.

What ready-made means here

Stilops works with roles. An Administrative assistant, a Sales assistant, a Planner, a Tax return assistant. Each role has a fixed set of tasks, a fixed monthly price and a number of tasks included. You don't have to build anything or learn to write prompts.

A few examples from the catalogue, all amounts per month and excluding VAT:

  1. Administrative assistant: 99 euros, 45 tasks. Invoices, data entry and document management.
  2. Planner: 129 euros, 40 tasks. Scheduling, status updates and keeping an eye on deadlines.
  3. Sales assistant: 179 euros, 60 tasks. Quotes, follow-up emails and lead notes. He never sends anything himself.
  4. Tax return assistant: 199 euros, 20 tasks. Prepares returns for your review and watches deadlines.
  5. Customer service: 229 euros, 100 tasks. Drafting replies and sorting requests.

If you want more tasks than are included, each role has a surcharge per extra task. It is listed with the role.

How a task works

You hand over a small task, for example a follow-up email for a quote from two weeks ago. The agent first runs a test run, within a low quota, so you see the result before anything really happens. You read the email yourself, in your tone and with your details. If it's good, you approve. If it isn't, you adjust it.

Approving a result is something different from approving an intention. A result you read with open eyes.

What this is not

It's not a custom solution that takes months, and not a tool you need a course for. It's also not fully automatic: every task waits for your approval. That costs speed. We think that's a fair price for work that carries your name.

Stilops doesn't have any customer cases to show yet, so we also don't cite hours saved that we haven't measured. What you can do: pick one task that keeps sitting on your desk this week, and look at the test run.

Which work would you hand over first?
