Your workday only ends when the admin is done. It doesn't have to.

Wednesday, 5:40 pm. You're almost closing your laptop. Then you spot in your calendar that the quote for the renovation project went out twelve days ago. You know you need to follow up. You also know it won't happen tomorrow, because tomorrow there's a client who is truly waiting.

This piece is about that kind of work. Not the heavy kind, but the open kind: it has no deadline, it still has to be done, and it keeps nagging until it is.

The quote you keep pushing ahead of you

Following up isn't difficult work. It's work you never schedule a moment for, so it happens when there's some breathing room. And there's rarely any breathing room.

A Sales assistant drafts the follow-up email for you, based on your quote and your lead notes. In the test run you see the email exactly as it would go out: to whom, with which quote attached, in which tone. You change a sentence or leave it as it is. The Sales assistant never sends anything itself: you send the email yourself.

The role costs 179 euros per month, excluding VAT, with sixty tasks included.

The receipts and invoices at the end of the month

Every month, the same pile. A receipt for petrol, an invoice from a supplier, a confirmation of a subscription. None of them is difficult. Together they take an evening.

The Bookkeeping support helps with processing receipts and invoices. In the test run you see, per document, what the agent extracts: supplier, amount, category, VAT rate. If something is wrong, you see it before it ends up in your books.

The role costs 249 euros per month, excluding VAT, with twenty-five tasks included.

The inbox that's already full at nine o'clock

You open your email and there are nine messages. Three of them you're answering for the fourth time. One asks for an appointment, which you can't fit into your calendar right away.

A Secretary manages your calendar, drafts correspondence and keeps your inbox and appointments organised. Here too, you read the reply or the proposal first, and then you decide.

The role costs 109 euros per month, excluding VAT, with fifty tasks included.

What this does to your evening

It's rarely about the number of hours. It's about the open end. As long as something isn't finished, you keep space free for it in your head. That's what an agent can take over: finishing the piece of work up to the point where only your judgement is still needed.

That point stays yours. Every task first runs as a test run, within a low quota, and you see the result before anything really happens. That moment is never skipped and never made lighter.

What we don't promise

We don't promise you more enjoyable work or a fixed number of hours saved. That differs per company, and we won't name a figure we haven't measured with real customers. What we do say: the part you always pushed ahead of you no longer has to be yours for it to get done well.

Try it with one thing

Pick the small job you've put off most often this week. Try it in the demo, without an account and without payment details. That way you see for yourself what the result looks like before you decide anything.
